I am gluten-free. I find that most gluten-free stuff, especially desserts, are not very good. This cupcake blew me away. Incredibly moist. Just outstanding. What is everyone else doing wrong that Nina is doing so right! The fig and honey combo was decadent.

Nina’s cupcakes are my absolute favorite! I love the creamy, velvety texture that melts in your mouth. I had her heavenly chocolate cupcakes with generous sprinkles of peanut butter chips for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Had to control myself from licking the wrapper. Can’t wait to try all the flavors!

The S'mores Cupcakes were absolutely fantastic! The marshmallow topping was the perfect amount of sweet, the cake itself had a delicious almost fudge-y texture and the buttered graham cracker base added some richness to cut some of the overall sugar. Unbelievably good – Nina has outdone herself again.

CRAZY FOR CUPCAKE CULTURE
Wow just wow! I am a HUGE fan of a local cupcake place in our area. I never go anywhere else for a special occasion. We had a 90 person banquet. Ordered about that many and was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! Nina came and delivered all of them, even made up flavor cards for our presentation. The coconut macaroon was to die for. Absolutely will order again. Even better, I may have to invite some friends so I have an excuse to order a dozen! BRAVO!
